Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Alavi Boroujerdi, a prominent seminary lecturer said the origin of Shiites’ movement is the same as Lady Fatima’s (PBUH) cause, “one must not overlook the efforts to promote Lady Fatima’s cause, as well as holding religious ceremonies to commemorate her life,” he added.

During a speech given by Ayatollah Alavi, a well-known lecturer in Qom seminary, referring to commemoration days of Lady Fatima’s martyrdom, he added, “Lady Fatima’s cause was to revive moralities and to maintain holy prophet’s heritage and traditions, as well as revealing the evil acts done by adversaries of Islam,”

He went on, “It is our duty as Muslims to follow the path of Lady Fatima (PBUH). Her sermons say so much about important issues in life; Sermons that address the entire Islamic world; needless to say, her sermons and actions should be considered as a footstone to avoid any deviations,”
